I'm checking out right now but I've been here 14 days and I love it it's the cheapest place in Lakeland I swear I think it is and people are really sweet they really work with me I'm having to stay over waiting on my ride and that's fine they let me stay in the room is the rooms are really clean I seen one roach in 14 days and that was dead roach walking not like motel 6 they just come snatch your food out of your hand but it really is a great place in the location is wonderful it's even fishing across the road the lake I'll be back y'all should check it out I'm serious it really is cheap if you get a lease it's really cheap by the month I mean like $1, 000 or 900 a whole lot cheaper than getting it a week at a time oh yeah y you got full size refrigerator microwave TV it's pet friendly you just can't beat it now she check it out

Stayed here a few times short term and decided to get on a long term lease. The office staff is very kind and helpful. Kate the property manager will go above and beyond to assist in making your stay more comfortable. The property is pretty clean and in a great location near the mall and various restaurants.

Amber in maintenance at Stayable Lakeland is absolutely amazing. She’s professional, friendly, and always responds quickly when something needs attention. She takes the time to make sure the job is done right, not rushed, and she genuinely cares about the residents. It’s rare to find someone so dependable and consistent.
